The insta-REACT! product supports a modular architecture, separating the user interface, features, and functionality set from the lower level protocols (SIP and RTP). This abstraction allows insta-REACT! to offer a consistent user interface and feature set, regardless of the underlying protocol and allows for rapid integration of emerging protocols. This architecture also allows insta-REACT! to be easily branded for OEM Partners.
The insta-REACT! Voice Communications Solutions is made up of three components:

The insta-REACT! Admin Server is a web-based management server that allows an administrator to setup and modify groups and user configurations.
insta-REACT! Server
The insta-REACT! Server provides media control and end-user management, enabling insta-REACT! Clients to communicate with each other.
insta-REACT! Client
The insta -REACT! client is a Windows-based SIP endpoint that integrates voice and data to provide a secure, enterprise-wide communication solution to a team-oriented workplace. The product was developed to provide spontaneous and real-time communications within an enterprise. The application uses a Buddy lists style GUI to provide an effective means of spontaneous communications by providing presence and availability information in real-time.
Both the insta-REACT! Management Server and the insta-REACT! Server can reside on the same server; in fact, this is highly encouraged.
